Questions shop owners ask us
Do I need a website or a developer?
No. Tfaddal is your website. Sign up, pick a template, add your products and share your link. If you can post on Instagram, you can run your shop.
How do Whish payments work?
You connect your own Whish merchant account from your dashboard. Buyers pay at checkout and the money goes to your account, not ours. Online payments are included in Growth and Pro.
Can I still take cash on delivery?
Yes, on every plan. When you mark an order as delivered, it is marked as paid automatically.
I sell mostly on Instagram. Is Tfaddal for me?
Yes. Keep selling in your DMs and add those orders to Tfaddal in a few taps. Your stock, client list and profit stay correct, and your shop link gives buyers a place to browse.
Will my shop look like every other Tfaddal shop?
No. You choose from seven templates made for different kinds of business, then set your own colors, fonts, banners and sections. Two shops on the same template can look completely different.
Can I change plans later?
Anytime, from your dashboard. You can pay for your subscription monthly or yearly, and yearly costs less.
What happens if I go over my plan's limits?
Nothing is deleted. Once you reach your product limit, or your order limit for the month, new ones are paused until you upgrade or the next month starts. Upgrading takes a minute.
